2. Eligibility for Services
Our services are available to individuals residing in India. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during consultations or procedures.
3. Appointments and Scheduling
- Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email or our online platform.
- While we strive to honour all appointment times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message from our team.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment for services must be made at the time of consultation or as specified during booking.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards and UPI payments.
5. Health Records and Documentation
By providing your health information, you consent to our use of this data for providing medical care, maintaining records and adhering to legal requirements. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be notified at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must also be arranged in advance.
7. Code of Conduct
KinderCure is committed to providing a safe, respectful and professional environment for all patients, visitors and staff. We expect everyone interacting with our team, whether in person, over the phone or online, to uphold the following standards of conduct:
- Respectful Behaviour: All individuals must treat KinderCure staff and other patients with courtesy and respect. Abusive, aggressive or disrespectful behaviour – including shouting, profanity, threats, or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Appropriate Communication: While communicating with our staff over the phone or through other channels, patients and visitors are expected to maintain a polite and professional tone. Any form of verbal abuse or intimidation will result in immediate termination of the call and may lead to denial of future services.
- Adherence to Clinic Policies: Patients and visitors must comply with clinic policies related to safety, hygiene and operational guidelines. This includes following appointment protocols and respecting our staff's time and efforts.
- Zero-Tolerance Policy: KinderCure has a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behaviour. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for individuals who violate this Code of Conduct. In extreme cases, legal action may be pursued.

8. Limitation of Liability
Our team strives to provide accurate, effective and evidence-based medical care. However, KinderCure shall not be liable for:
- Delays or Disruptions: Delays, interruptions, or disruptions caused by external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to unforeseen emergencies or third-party service issues.
- Incomplete Disclosure: Any adverse outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate disclosure of medical history, allergies, or other relevant information by patients or their guardians.
- Non-Compliance: Outcomes arising from non-adherence to prescribed treatments, vaccination schedules, or medical advice provided by our team.
- Rare Adverse Events: While vaccinations and treatments are administered in accordance with globally accepted medical guidelines, rare adverse events or reactions may occur despite all precautions. Patients or guardians are advised to discuss any concerns with our medical team prior to administration.
KinderCure is committed to providing transparent communication and quality care. However, patients and their guardians acknowledge that certain medical outcomes are not always predictable and may involve inherent risks.
9. Third-Party Services
Certain services, such as pathology tests, may involve trusted third-party providers. KinderCure is not responsible for delays or issues arising from these external providers.

All content on the KinderCure website, including text, graphics and logos, is the property of KinderCure. Reproduction or misuse of this material without permission is strictly prohibited.
