1. No Returns or Refunds

  • KinderCure does not offer returns or refunds for any consultations, vaccinations or other medical services once availed.
  • Payments made for services are considered final and non-refundable, as they involve the utilisation of professional expertise, time and medical resources.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Refunds may only be considered in rare cases where:
    • A payment was made in error (e.g., duplicate payments).
    • A pre-paid service was not delivered due to unavoidable circumstances on the part of KinderCure.

In such cases, the patient or guardian must contact our clinic within 7 days of the transaction with appropriate proof of payment for review.

3. Process for Refund Requests

  • Any refund request must be submitted via email to contact@kindercure.clinic, along with:
    • Proof of payment (receipt or transaction ID).
    • Details of the service and reason for the request.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Fees paid for medical consultations, vaccinations and diagnostic tests are non-refundable, as these are rendered immediately upon delivery of the service.
  • Any costs incurred for missed or rescheduled appointments are also non-refundable.

5. Disputes and Resolution

  • In case of any disputes regarding payments or services, we encourage patients to contact our team for resolution. Our goal is to ensure satisfaction within the bounds of our policies.
